For dinner Mr. and I made breakfast food. Mr. made eggs and I made whole wheat pancakes, and they were delicious! 
Here is the recipe:
Whole Wheat Pancake (Make about 8 pancakes)
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheatgerm
1/2 TBS baking powder
1 TBS sugar
1 egg
1 cup of milk (I used almond milk)
1/4 cup oil
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in kitchen aid
2. Add all liquids into the dry ingredients
3. Once everything is mixed pour 1/4 cup amounts in the pan. When the pancake starts to bubble it is time to flip the pancake.
